Ingredients
- 1 can of salmon (16 oz)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley chopped fine
- 2 TBSP fresh basil chopped fine
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP EVO
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1/4 c. breadcrumbs
- Dressing:
- 2 TBSP mayo
- 1 TBSP fresh basil finely chopped
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice
Directions

Mix ingredients except EVO. Form into 5-6 patties. Heat EVO on skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 4 minutes each side until nicely brown.

Serve with Mayo Basil dressing.
