Tuna Burgers- NO CARB

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 can (5 Oz. Can) Tuna Packed In Water
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Herb Mix (whatever You Like)
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Meanwhile, drain the tuna and mix it with all of the other ingredients, breaking up the tuna and combining everything evenly. Form the mixture into 2 patties.

  3. Once the butter is melted, fry the patties until they’re cooked through (mostly just to get the egg cooked), flipping about halfway through.

  4. Serve warm.
