Grilled Chicken with Spicy Peach Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of peach jam or preserves
  • 1 TBSP finely chopped garlic
  • 3 TBSP EVO
  • 2 TBSP Soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 Ripe peaches- cut in half and pitted

Directions

  1. Combine spicy peach ingredients in bowl with salt and pepper. Reserve 1/2 cup.

  2. Preheat grill. Brush breasts with EVO and season with salt and pepper. Place down on grill for 7 minutes then turn over for 6 minutes. Brush chicken breasts with glaze and cook an additional 4 minutes.

  3. Place peach halves cut side down on grill and grill 2 minutes. Turn over and brush with reserved 1/2 cup peach glaze. Grill 3-4 minutes until peaches are soft.
