Ingredients
- 2 cups of peach jam or preserves
- 1 TBSP finely chopped garlic
- 3 TBSP EVO
- 2 TBSP Soy sauce
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 Ripe peaches- cut in half and pitted
Directions

Combine spicy peach ingredients in bowl with salt and pepper. Reserve 1/2 cup.

Preheat grill. Brush breasts with EVO and season with salt and pepper. Place down on grill for 7 minutes then turn over for 6 minutes. Brush chicken breasts with glaze and cook an additional 4 minutes.

Place peach halves cut side down on grill and grill 2 minutes. Turn over and brush with reserved 1/2 cup peach glaze. Grill 3-4 minutes until peaches are soft.
