Chopped Greek Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 quartered tomatoes
- Fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoons capers
- 1/2 tablespoon sliced pickled peppers
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup watercress
- 2 tablespoons sliced scallions
Directions

Toss quartered tomatoes, some fresh oregano, capers (with 1 1/2 tablespoons of the liquid), sliced pickled peppers (with 1/2 tablespoon of the liquid), 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, and salt and pepper.

Toss in watercress, sliced scallions and pitted Greek olives.
