Sophia Loren Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs chicken
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 4 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp minced garlic
  • hot sauce

Directions

  1. Cut chicken into finger sized pieces

  2. Combine cheese and spices in a bowl

  3. Dip chicken in olive oil then roll through cheese mixture; place in a 9×13 pan lined with foil

  4. Bake 45 min at 350; transfer to a shallow dish and coat with hot sauce
