Ingredients
- 5 Chicken Breasts
- 2TB Olive Oil
- 1tsp Garlic
- 1/4c Apple or Pineapple Juice
- 1/3c Brown Sugar
- 2TB Ketchup
- 1TB Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2c Water
- 1/3c Soy Sauce
- Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- 1TB Corn Starch
Directions

Cut chicken into 1-2" pieces using kitchen scissors.

Heat oil in large skillet.

Add chicken to pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes. Drain juices then return to heat.

Combine remaining ingredients with whisk until well combined.

Pour sauce onto chicken, once chicken has brown sear.

Reduce heat to low and partially cover pan, allowing steam to escape. Cook 15 more.

Serve over brown or white rice.
