Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 1/16 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 425° F.

Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and then each half into 6 wedges.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss gently to coat.

Place wedges on a baking sheet so they do not overlap. Bake until very tender.
