Ingredients
- 1 15-oz pork tenderloins
- 2 tbs chipotle peppers, finely chopped, and 1 tbs adobo sauce
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs cumin seed
Directions

Cut each tenderloin along the long side approximately 1/2 inch from other side. Open like a book. Sprinkle with salt, and spoon 1 tbs chipotles down center of tenderloin. Close and press to adhere.

Whisk together yogurt, adobo, oil and cumin. Brush heavily over tenderloins, and set aside 15 minutes

Prepare grill to medium heat, and brush with oil. Grill tenderloins, occasionally brushing with remaining yogurt sauce until a meat thermometer registers 145 degrees. Remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes. Slice into 1/2 inch slices and serve with guacamole.
