Ingredients
- 12 stalks asparagus
- Salt
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup milk
- 1 sprinkle grated cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 apple for dessert
Directions

Cut off tough stem ends of asparagus and boil in salted water, then cut into 1 inch lengths.

2) Break eggs into a bowl and mix well with milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.

3) Place the asparagus on a slightly buttered oven proof dish. Cover with the egg mixture.

4) Preheat oven to 320 degrees F. Place dish in a pan of hot water and then bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until slightly browned.

5) Sprinkle with paprika.
