Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 3 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2/3 plus 1 Tbls. water
Directions

Boil chicken and debone.

Combine Flour and Salt, cut in shortening with pastry blender.

Add water a Tbls. at a time until dough holds together.

Roll dough and cut into small squares.

Drop in boiling broth and cover.

Simmer 20 minutes.
