Ingredients
- Filling :
- 6 c. thin sliced peeled apples
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbls. flour
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tbls. lemon juice
Directions

oven to 425.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients, toss lightly.

Spoon apple mixture into pie crust lined pan.

Top with second crust and cut slits.

Bake 425, 40-45 minutes.
