Ingredients

• 1 pkg. hot sausage
• 1 large sweet onion, chopped
• 2- 8 oz. cream cheese, very soft
• 2 med. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
• 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
• 1.2 c finely chopped red bell pepper
• 1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

1. Crumble sausage in a skillet and cook with onion until lightly browned.

2. Drain well.

3. in skillet combine cooked meat and onion, cream cheese, tomatoes and jalapenos.

4. Cook over medium heat stirring often until heated thoroughly and well combined.

5. Fold in bell pepper and cilantro.

6. Serve warm with chips.
