Chicken and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 Green pepper, Chopped
  • 1 onion, Chopped
  • 1 stick butter, Melted
  • 1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
  • 1- 16 oz. bag of egg noodles, Cooked
  • 4 chicken breast, Cooked
  • 1 can Rotel, Chopped
  • 2 quarts liquid from noodles ( Use as needed)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Sauté pepper and onion in butter

  2. Add cheese and melt.

  3. Combine all in ingredients in a casserole dish and bake 350⁰ for 30 minutes.
