Ingredients

  • 1 pound Sausage, browned
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 Cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • You could add Mushrooms and Onions (but this will change the numbers)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375*F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Spray a 12 cup muffin pan and pour egg mixture into each muffin cup evenly.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Cool for 5 minutes and serve.
