Ingredients
- •1/2 teaspoon salt
- •1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- •1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- •1 1/2 cups flour
- •1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- •2 eggs
- •1/2 cup oil
- •1 cup sugar
- •1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- •2 cups zucchini, shredded
- •1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Directions

Sift salt, baking soda, baking powder, flour and cinnamon together, set aside.

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until blended. Sift in dry ingredients and mix until moistened. Fold in zucchini and nuts.

Place in a greased and floured mold or slow cooker insert pan. Place in slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
