Ingredients
- 1 cup cavatappi pasta
- Romaine lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- A handful of black olives
- 1-2 tsp. sriracha hot sauce (depends on how spicy you want it)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp. feta cheese, crumbled (for dressing)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions

Add your greek yogurt, olive oil, sriracha hot sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, feta cheese (1 tbsp), and just a little salt and pepper to a food processor and blend until smooth. If you have an opening at the top of your food processor add the oil slowly while you blend.
