Crab Dip Cups

Ingredients

  • 6oz canned crabmeat or 1c fresh crabmeat
  • 1/2c canola mayo
  • 1/2c light sour cream
  • 1 tbsp + red onion
  • 1 tbsp + green onion
  • 1 tsp dried dillweed
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • several dashes hot sauce
  • S&P
  • dash cayenne
  • 30 mini phyllo cups

Directions

  1. Mix crab through cayenne

  2. Spoon into phyllo cups and bake on 350 degrees for 7-8 min

  3. Garnish with green & red onion
