Mexican Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 4 oz chive cream cheese
  • 14-16 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1.5c + salsa
  • 1c taco sauce
  • 2c taco blend
  • green onion
  • light sour cream

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cook beef, add seasoning & prepare per package directions. Add cream cheese and cover/melt. Mix well & cool.

  3. Cook & drain pasta.

  4. Pour salsa in the bottom of a 9X13 dish. Stuff the shells with the meat mixture. Place in the pan and cover with taco sauce. Cover with foil and bake 30 min.

  5. Add cheese, bake 15 min.

  6. Top with green onion, salsa & sour cream.
