Ingredients
- 1 pint halved grape tomatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- S&P
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz grated mozzarella
- 8 oz grated provolone
- 1/4c + grated parm
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4c fresh chopped basil
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 tbsp fresh oregano
- crackers/chips/pizza crust
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Line baking sheet with foil, add tomato. Sprinkle with oil and salt, cook 25 min.

Mix cream cheese with 7 oz each mozz and provolone, then parm. Stir in herbs, garlic, tomato. Transfer to baking dish.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese, cook 25-30 min.
