Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rotini pasta, cooked, drained and rinse with cold water (8 oz)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced, drained and rinse with cold water
  • 1 cup Zesty Italian Dressing

Directions

  1. Toss all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl. Add dressing and mix lightly together. Refrigerate for several hours or best overnight.
