“Italian” Sausage and Peppers

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs Italian sausage or smoked sausage
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- minced garlic
- 1.5 cup spaghetti sauce
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

Slice sausage and cook in oil over med-high heat

When sausage is half-way cooked, add onions and peppers

Sprinkle with garlic and cook thoroughly

Stir in spaghetti sauce and heat through; top with mozzarella
