Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. heat oven to 350 degrees spray 9×13 pan with non stick cooking spray

2. melt butter

3. stir in sugar and vanilla

4. add eggs, one at a time beating well after each addition

5. add cocoa; beat until blended

6. add flour baking powder and salt; beat well

7. pour batter in prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes
