Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb frozen hashbrown
- 1 lb sausage, browned and drained
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 dry mustard
- pepper
- 1 3/4 cup shredded cheddar
Directions

Grease 9×13 pan. Put hashbrown in bottom of pan. Place sausage and cheese on top. Mix eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard, pepper. Pour over mixture in pan. Let it sit overnight. Bake for one hour in 350 degree oven.
