Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1 lb bacon
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 4 oz shredded cheddar
- 8 oz mushrooms, sauteed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1 can milk
Directions

Mix eggs with half and half. Fry bacon and dice. In a 2 quart casserole, layer with egg, mushrooms, bacon, cheese, and soup mixture. Pour egg mixture over all of it. Bake for 45 mins in 350 degree oven.
