Ben LOVES pelmini! Making these from scratch is a labor of love though…

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup ice water
- pinch of salt
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (we like extra flavor in the filling)
- Salt and pepper
- sour cream
- curry powder
- sriracha

Top with sour cream, sprinkle of curry powder and sriracha (lots of sriracha for Ben, just drops for Clarissa)
