Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs. chuck roast or stew meat
- 1 lg. white onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 tbsp. lemon
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

Cut meat into 2 inch cubes.

Put into crock-pot in order listed. Don’t stir.

Cook on LOW 12 hours.

Can stir 2-3 hours into cooking.

Meat will shred when done.

Serve on buns.
