Cream Filling for Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cream cheese (large)
  • 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 c whipping cream

Directions

  1. Cream cheese, sugar and vanilla togehter.

  2. Whip whipping cream until stiff.

  3. Fold into cream cheese mixture.

  4. Keep chilled.
