Ingredients
- 4 cups torn mixed greens
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 2 medium nectarines or peeled peaches, pitted and sliced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup low-carb vinaigrette

In a large bowl combine greens, chicken, fruit, and green onions. Drizzle with vinaigrette; toss to mix.
