Ingredients
- 1 sm potato, peeled dived small
- 1 cup leek whites washed and sliced
- 1 pear, cored peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp honey or mapel syrup
Directions

Steam potato and leeks until tenser. 6-7 min. Add pear for last 2-3 min. Drain all but 1 cup.

Blend with syrup adding broth for consistancy.
