Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies

Makes 4 dozen cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups quick or old-fashioned olds
  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions

  1. eheat overn to 375.

  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl.

  3. Beat brown sugar, butter, and granulated sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy.

  4. Beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

  5. Gradually beat in flour mixture.

  6. Stir in oats and morsels; mix well.

  7. Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased baking sheets.

  8. Bake for 9-10 min. for chewy cookies or 12-13 min. for crispy cookies. Cool on baking sheets for 1 min. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
