Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 4 apricots, halved and pitted
- 2 tsp. canola oil
Directions

Season pork with salt and pepper.

Grill pork, covered, indirectly over med-high heat for 25 min.

Meanwhile, mix preserves and soy sauce.

Brush onto pork.

Cover and grill 5-10 min. more, or until the pork is cooked through.

Remove from the grill.

Brush more preserves onto pork.

Cover with foil and let stand.

Brush apricots with oil and grill directly over medium heat for 2 min. per side, or until slighly softened and browned.
