Ingredients
- Roast
- 1 Tbsp EVOO
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup onion
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Worcestshire
- 5 medium potatoes
- pepper
- 2 tsp. beef bouillon

Season roast.

Brown in EVOO.

Add carrot, celery, onion, water, Worcestshire, potatoes, pepper, and beef bouillon.

Cook in pressure cook on High for 1 hr.

Release pressure naturally.
