Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli (drained and chopped)
- 1/2 c velveeta
- 1/2 c milk
Directions

Saute onions in butter for 15 minutes

Mix in broccoli, soup, velveeta and milk

Bring to a boil

Cook 1/2 c rice and add in mixture

Bake in buttered casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
