Pineapple Crush Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Pineapple Cake Mix
  • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg (4-serv) vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 c cold milk
  • 1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple
  • 2 c whipped topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Grease and flour two 13×9×2 inch pans

  3. Prepare cake as directed, divide evenly in pans and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

  4. Filling

  5. Beat cream cheese, instant pudding and cold milk in small mixer bowl. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed

  6. Spread on one cooled cake layer. Spoon drained crushed pineapple over top

  7. Add second layer, spread whipped topping on sides and top of cake

  8. Store in refrigerator until next day before serving.
