Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon
- 4 c thinly sliced and peeled apples (about 4 medium)
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp sugar

Prepare crust as directed on package. place on foil-lined baking sheet. If necessary, press out any folds or creases.

Mix 3/4 c sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add apples; toss to coat well. Spoon into center of crust, spreading to within 2 inches of edges.

Bring crust up over apples to form a border of about 2 inches, pleating or folding crust as needed. Brush edge of crust with egg white, sprinkle with 1 tsp sugar.

Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until apples are tender and crust is golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
