Smoked Sausage Primavera

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 - 12oz bag frozen broccoli cuts
- 1/2 - 12oz bag frozen pepper/onion mix
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 small can (5 oz) evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions in a large dutch oven; add in vegetables during the last 4 min of cooking time

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, bring sausage and water to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 7-8 min

Add milk, butter, and Italian seasoning to sausage; cook and stir until butter is melted

Drain spaghetti and vegetables; return to pan

Pour sausage mixture over spaghetti and top with parmesan cheese
