Mum’s Bran Biscuits

Childhood favourite plain biscuit. Nice buttered.
As a child, I also liked them spread with vegemite & a thin slice of cheese!

Cook time: 30 minutes
Serves 20 people

Ingredients
- 1C bran flakes
- 1C flour
- 3t baking powder
- 1/4C brown sugar
- 75g butter, chopped into small pieces
- 3T milk
Directions

Mix all ingredients to make a firm dough.

Roll tinly and cut into squares.

Prick with fork.

Bake 20 – 30 mins in slow over, approx 160oC.
