Memaw’s Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin
  • 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cups water
  • olive oil
  • flour

Directions

  1. Clean and trim tenderloin. Place in bag with flour to coat evenly. Brown tenderloin in skillet with olive oil. Place in slow cooker.

  2. Mix 2 envelopes of dry onion soup mix with 2 cups of water. Pour over pork in slow cooker. Cook covered for 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. Add water as needed.

  3. For gravy: Add flour to the remnant oil in the skillet with liquid from slow cooker. Mix until desired consistency reached.
