Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 small onion, minced
- minced garlic (to taste - perhaps 1-2 teaspoon)
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- Parmesan Cheese (8-12 oz)
- 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

Melt butter over low heat.

Saute onion and garlic until onion is completely cooked. Take care not to burn.

Slowly melt Parmesan cheese into butter, stirring constantly.

Add mozzarella slowly, until all cheese is melted.

Stir constantly.

Add whipping cream slowly, stirring to ensure butter/cheese mixes with cream.

Do not stop stirring.

Heat to boil over med/med-high heat.

Do not stop stirring.

Reduce heat and simmer till thickened, stirring constantly.
