Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-3 oz parmesan cheese
- 1-10 oz broccoli
- 4 eggs
Directions

Cook mayo, flour, and milk.

Add salt and cheese.

Cook till cheese melts.

Cool slightly.

Stir in broccoli and 4 slightly beaten egg yolk.

Fold in4 stiffly beaten egg whites.

into 1 1/2 quart casserole for 1 hr. at 350.
