Ingredients

• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 egg white
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Boil sugar and water.

2. cool

3. Beat egg white till stiff.

4. Add warm sugar and water mixture slowly to egg white.

5. Add vanilla
