Chicken marsala (wine and mushrooms)

flatter chicken a bit so not so thick
Great with 20 minute normal white rice and steamed veggy

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbl olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup marsala wine (double to one cup!)

Directions

  1. Pound chicken a bit so not super thick

  2. mix salt, pepper and flour

  3. coat chcken with flour stuff

  4. heat oil on medium hight heat

  5. Cook garlic, mushrooms and parsely in oil for five minutes, stirring frequently

  6. Add chicken to skillet

  7. Cook uncovered 8-10 minutes, turning once, till chicken is brown

  8. Add wine

  9. cook uncovered 8-10 minues more, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut
