White bean Chicken chili

Serves 6 people
Categories: one pot
Ingredients
- 2 tbl butter
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 3 cups cubed deli rotisserie chicken (or 2 large breasts)
- 1/2 tsp cummin (double??)
- 2 cans diced tomatoes, undrained (10 oz each)
- 1 can white beans (15.5 oz) drained and rinsed
- Sour cream
- Cilantro, fresh chopped
Directions

In 4-5 quart dutch oven, melt butter and cook onion and garlic

Stir in remaining ingredients (not sour cream and cilantro)

Heat to boiling

Reduce heat to low

Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

Top servings with sour cream and cilantro
