Italian Chicken noodle soup

Use cooked chicken breast

Serves 6 people

Ingredients
- 1 tb oil
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (about 1/2 lb) cut up
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cans chicken broth (14 oz cans)
- 2 cups water
- 3 carrots sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic/pepper blend
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions

In 4 quart dutch oven heat oil and add chciken. Cook 4-6 minutes till not pink

Stir in onion and cook 3 minutes till tender

Add carrots and cook

Stir in broth and water

heat to boiling

cook 5 minutes

Stir in broccoli, noodles and garlic-peper blend

Head to boiling then reduce heat

Simmer 10 minutes, till veggy and noodles are tender

Top each serving with cheese
