Pork Rind Cookies

- 8 oz sugar free chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 5 oz pork rinds, crushed

Melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat

Remove from heat and stir in pork rinds

Spread into a 9×13 pan and chill until hardened
