Pork Rind Cookies

Ingredients

  • 8 oz sugar free chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 5 oz pork rinds, crushed

Directions

  1. Melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat

  2. Remove from heat and stir in pork rinds

  3. Spread into a 9×13 pan and chill until hardened
