Ingredients
- 36 tomatoes (double if using Roma tomatoes)
- 10 onions
- 4 green peppers
- 4 red peppers
- 6-8 jalapenos
- 1 Tbsp dried/ ground chili peppers
- 2 Tbsp Tabasco
- cilantro (just some depending on what you like)
- 1 C vinegar
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 4 crushed garlic
- 1/2 C rock salt
- lime juice to taste

cook on Med high for 1 hour. (All ingredients are suggestions and can be and can be substituted for others. I usually add a couple of limes, juiced, Nick likes me to leave out the cilantro, and our peppers and seasonings vary depending on what we have on hand)
