Salsa (bottled)

Ingredients

  • 36 tomatoes (double if using Roma tomatoes)
  • 10 onions
  • 4 green peppers
  • 4 red peppers
  • 6-8 jalapenos
  • 1 Tbsp dried/ ground chili peppers
  • 2 Tbsp Tabasco
  • cilantro (just some depending on what you like)
  • 1 C vinegar
  • 1/2 C Sugar
  • 4 crushed garlic
  • 1/2 C rock salt
  • lime juice to taste

Directions

  1. cook on Med high for 1 hour. (All ingredients are suggestions and can be and can be substituted for others. I usually add a couple of limes, juiced, Nick likes me to leave out the cilantro, and our peppers and seasonings vary depending on what we have on hand)
