Southwestern Hominy Corn

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cans (15-1/2 ounces each) golden hominy, rinsed and drained
- 1 to 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

In a saucepan, saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, over medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
