Fruit Topping

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 16 oz can of fruit in unsweetened juice

Directions

  1. In small saucepan, combine 3⁄4 cup unsweetened orange juice, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in 2 cups fresh fruit or a 16 oz can of fruit packed in unsweetened juice, drained. Recommended fruits: sliced peaches, sliced pears, pineapple chunks or blueberries.
