Ingredients

• 2 cups crushed ritz crackers
• 1/4 stick of margarine-melted
• 1 boxes of pistatio instant pudding
• 2 cups milk
• 4 cups vanilla ice cream
• 2 envelopes topping mix or cool whip

Directions

1. Mix cracker crumbs and margarine.

2. Press into 9X13 pan.

3. In bowl add instant pudding,milk and ice cream and beat.

4. Pour over cracker crumbs.

5. Top with topping mix.
