Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 25 graham crackers, rolled fine
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1-3oz lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Stir lemon jello into the boiling water and put in freezer to cool until the consistancy of egg white.

  2. Make crust with graham crackers, margarine and powdered sugar.

  3. Press into 9X9 pan.

  4. Whip cream and set aside.

  5. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until well blended.

  6. Add cooled jello, then add pineapple, fold in whipped cream.

  7. Pour into graham cracked crust.

  8. Chill 4-6 hours.
